Join Nasdaq Verafin as a Cloud Administrator Student for a January 2026 work term. This full-time, hybrid role involves resolving cloud-related customer cases, managing SFTP accounts, IP allowed lists, and assisting with Single-Sign On and application performance issues. You will troubleshoot with customers and internal teams, contributing to cutting-edge financial crime management solutions. We seek students currently enrolled in a technical college program, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, helping to create the world’s most effective financial crime fighting network.
Must have:
- Create Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) accounts
- Manage the IP allowed list
- Assist with Single-Sign On issues
- Assist with application performance
- Work with customers & other Nasdaq Verafin teams to troubleshoot issues with the above services
- Currently enrolled in a technical college program
Good to have:
- Object-Oriented Programming skills
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK)
- Knowledge of JSON, SQL, or XML

Job Details
We're seeking a talented Cloud Administrator Student to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will help resolve cloud-related customer cases!

What You'll Do:
- Create Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) accounts
- Manage the IP allowed list
- Assist with Single-Sign On issues
- Assist with application performance
- Work with customers & other Nasdaq Verafin teams to troubleshoot issues with the above services

- Students currently enrolled in a technical college program
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
What Additional Experience You Could Bring:
