Job Description

The Parking & Transportation Supervisor supports event operations, overseeing daily parking services, transportation logistics, and traffic flow for a safe and efficient experience. This role involves coordinating vehicle and shuttle movements, managing parking lot usage, enforcing policies, and resolving customer issues. The supervisor provides on-site leadership for daily shows and events, assists with robotaxi services, supervises third-party vendor staff, and ensures clear traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians, collaborating with security and guest services.

Must Have:
  • Provide on-site leadership during daily experience shows, residency concerts, and Wizard of Oz event show.
  • Assist in the onboarding, monitoring, and daily operation of robotaxi services.
  • Supervise third-party vendor staff to ensure proper deployment and guest service standards.
  • Assist with guest experience, ADA coordination, traffic flow, and issue escalation.
  • Daily oversight of valet, self-parking, traffic lanes, rideshare, taxis, limo services, and robotaxi services.
  • Ensure clear and safe traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians during ingress and egress.
  • Communicate directly with taxi/limo/rideshare/robotaxi representatives on site.
  • Provide leadership coverage during all scheduled venue events including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Coordinate with security, guest services, and other departments on show needs.
  • Complete operational reports and incident logs for leadership review.
  • Supervise and support 23–35 third-party vendor staff during live event operations.
  • Offer relief and coverage when Director or Senior Manager is pulled across overlapping meetings.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in parking operations, transportation services, or facilities management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic flow, parking operations, safety standards, and transportation logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to resolve conflicts and address inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must clear a Motor Vehicle Record background screening.
  • Working outside during certain hours may be required at times.

Who are we hiring?

The Parking & Transportation Supervisor will directly support event operations and fill current coverage gaps during high-volume periods. The Parking and Transportation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of parking services, transportation logistics, and traffic flow to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive experience for all guests, employees, and visitors. This role involves coordinating vehicle and shuttle movements, managing parking lot usage, and enforcing parking policies. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring operations to ensure compliance with safety and service standards; and resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly. They also collaborate with event planners, security, and facilities teams to support special events, high-traffic situations, and transportation needs.

What will you do?

  • Provide on-site leadership during daily experience shows, residency concerts, and Wizard of Oz event show.
  • Assist in the onboarding, monitoring, and daily operation of robotaxi services launching August 1.
  • Supervise third-party vendor staff to ensure proper deployment and guest service standards.
  • Assist with guest experience, ADA coordination, traffic flow, and issue escalation.
  • Daily oversight of valet, self-parking, traffic lanes, rideshare, taxis, limo services, and robotaxi services
  • Ensure clear and safe traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians during ingress and egress
  • Communicate directly with taxi/limo/rideshare/robotaxi representatives on site
  • Provide leadership coverage during all scheduled venue events including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Coordinate with security, guest services, and other departments on show needs
  • Complete operational reports and incident logs for leadership review as well as any post show recap-reports.
  • Supervise and support 23–35 third-party vendor staff during live event operations
  • Offer relief and coverage when the Director or Senior Manager is pulled across overlapping meetings or critical artist/VIP responsibilities.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in parking operations, transportation services, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic flow, parking operations, safety standards, and transportation logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and address inquiries professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with ticketing systems, (TM Entry, Archtics, ParkHub) a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
