Goliath, an international toy and game manufacturer, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their Hattem office. This role supports the Executive General Manager Europe and other executives, focusing on organisation, team coordination across Europe, and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, emails, travel, and HR-related tasks, requiring discretion, structure, and a hands-on approach.
Must Have:
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Handle internal and external communication
  • Support HR administration such as onboarding, contracts, and employee communication
  • Coordinate and follow up on actions across European teams
  • Ensure efficient and professional support for the leadership team
  • Being based at our Hattem office is required for this role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager Europe and other executives based at our Hattem office. You’ll play a key role in keeping things organised, coordinating across teams in Europe, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You’ll manage calendars, meetings, emails, travel, and HR-related tasks. You’ll interact with colleagues from different European offices and work closely with senior management. Discretion, structure, and a hands-on mindset are essential.
