We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist. You will be working on HypeDrop, a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customisable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
What you’ll do:
- Own the marketing campaign calendar - ensure everything is delivered on time across socials, blogs, banners, videos, and GFX.
- Coordinate with internal designers, writers, and video editors - or source external talent (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) within budget.
- Keep campaigns aligned with brand tone and cultural relevance (crypto, loot boxes, TCG, streetwear, tech).
- Work closely with leadership to turn ideas into live campaigns - no waiting for permission.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and assets to keep the marketing machine running smoothly.
Who you are:
- Marketing execution experience (startup, gaming org, crypto project, or similar).
- You’ve run campaigns, not just brainstormed them.
- Deep understanding of gaming / crypto
- Can manage multiple creative projects at once.
- Not afraid to be direct, hold people accountable, and chase deliverables.
