Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all provided services. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.

Operating our pioneering platforms, you will be responsible for handling incoming issues, solving incidents, and proactively improving our systems. Performance testing and recovery procedures are performed for different releases. There are many different exciting projects as well that you will be part of, enhancing and introducing new improvements, products, and entirely new platforms.

This position can be located, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
