Join Nasdaq's People Services team as an HR Service Center Analyst, providing Level 1 HR support globally. This dynamic role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, processing and maintaining employee data, understanding Level 1 report requests for HR Centers of Excellence, and coordinating various HR administrative tasks. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous learning and service excellence, contributing to advancing economic progress for all.
Must have:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Process and maintain employee data transactions accurately.
  • Understand Level 1 reports requests as requested by HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Coordinate and support various HR administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a regional or global HR role.
  • Exposure to employee data management platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work on Indian holidays based on business needs.
  • Willingness to rotate between two shifts every 6 months.

An exciting opportunity to join Nasdaq People Services team as an HR Service Center Analyst, where you will provide Level 1 HR support to employees across the globe. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.

Role Responsibilities -

As an HR Service Center Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • ### HR Contact Center Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • ### Employee Data Management: Process and maintain employee data transactions accurately.
  • ### Reports and Analytics: Understand Level 1 reports requests as requested by HR Centers of Excellence.
  • ### General HR Administration: Coordinate and support various HR administrative tasks.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • ### Bachelor’s Degree
  • ### At least 1 year of experience in a regional or global HR role, preferably with benefits support
  • ### Exposure to employee data management platforms; experience with Workday is a plus
  • ### Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ### Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • ### Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ### Flexibility to work on Indian holidays based on business needs
  • ### Willingness to rotate between two shifts every 6 months:

Mid Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
