Job Description

As a Business Development Representative Team Lead at Neostella, you will lead and mentor a team focused on identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and collaborating with marketing for outreach campaigns. You will actively engage with prospects, conduct training sessions, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Neostella's products. Additionally, you will foster a positive team culture and participate in sales meetings, providing strategic input to drive sales targets.
Must have:

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while actively participating in business development efforts. Your leadership will be key in identifying new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base, and mentoring team members to achieve their sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
