Enverus is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its RatedPower sales team in Madrid, focusing on the UK market. This role involves contributing to the energy transition by growing offerings in Power & Renewables. The representative will be responsible for understanding and promoting Enverus's solutions, proactively identifying new leads, generating sales opportunities through cold calling and emailing using Salesforce tools, and setting up meetings between potential customers and sales executives. Key responsibilities include managing a prospect pipeline, refining lead generation strategies, identifying client needs, and reporting on performance. The company is the leading energy SaaS provider with over 6,000 customers in 50 countries.

- Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
- Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Using Salesforce tools (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
- Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps.
- Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
- Prospecting potentials leads by performing market research and identifying new opportunities.
- Fluent English (C2 level)
- Prior experience is not required but will be valued.
- Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
