Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and strategically minded individual to join our bespoke agency team, focusing on beloved FMCG brands, particularly in pet nutrition. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving marketing-led growth through innovative, data-driven media solutions. You will inspire and manage a team to deliver world-class work, focusing on ROI and consumer insight, becoming a trusted partner to clients by unlocking growth opportunities through strategic planning and seamless campaign execution.
Must have:
  • Develop trusted and positive senior client partnerships and ensure our agency team is acting as a true marketing partner
  • Develop internal and external client action plans that deliver against client needs and identify opportunities to deliver marketing led growth
  • Develop a high performing team through the ongoing coaching, management and monitoring of career development plans and checking in regularly to adjust KPIs based on ongoing achievements
  • Lead the planning process on all key briefs, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and innovatively
  • Manage revenue forecasting and delivery, and monitor profitability of portfolio
  • Lead the team to define key campaign success metrics that link to marketing led ROI
  • Identify brief project leads within the team and ensure response delivery timelines are in place
  • Ensure processes are in place that guarantee seamless campaign execution and reporting, instilling a culture of attention to detail and communication
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and ensure we are partnering with them positively
  • Leverage your professional network to attract great talent to the agency, across all levels and disciplines and in line with our values

About the role:

We’re looking for a sharp and strategically minded individual to join our bespoke agency team. This is a rare opportunity to work across beloved and iconic FMCG brands, with this particular patch offering a rich and varied experience within pet nutrition and the chance to have a meaningful impact in the lives of fellow pet lovers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving marketing-led growth through innovative media and data-driven solutions.

You’ll inspire and manage a team to deliver world-class work for your clients, with a strong focus on ROI and consumer insight. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders to become a trusted partner, helping to unlock growth opportunities through strategic planning and seamless campaign execution. This includes leading the ROI+ planning process, defining success metrics, and ensuring campaigns are both innovative and effective.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a media agency or publishing/media sales environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
  • Strong client servicing skills and ability to developed trusted partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you are able to influence, collaborate, and build rapport.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent market and media industry knowledge – historical and current.
  • Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
  • Proven team management skills, with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Understanding of and success in providing clients with diversified service and product solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A collaborative approach when liaising with stakeholders and media.
  • Proficiency in Excel and media planning tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
