Job Summary
Paradox Interactive is looking for a BI Developer for a 6-month assignment, starting in early 2026. In this role, you will work with user-level and product-level data to develop new datasets, create dashboards, and deliver insights that support decision-making across the company. You’ll collaborate closely with the BI team in two-week sprints, taking on tasks from a shared backlog and driving solution design independently, while receiving support when needed.
Must Have
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience creating dashboards and KPIs
- Interest in games or knowledge of digital distribution channels
- High flexibility, tasks and data sources may vary day-to-day
Good to Have
- Video game industry experience (highly meriting)
- Experience working with consumer segmentation for sales or marketing
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience in FMCG and/or digital distribution
