Job Summary

Paradox Interactive is looking for a BI Developer for a 6-month assignment, starting in early 2026. In this role, you will work with user-level and product-level data to develop new datasets, create dashboards, and deliver insights that support decision-making across the company. You’ll collaborate closely with the BI team in two-week sprints, taking on tasks from a shared backlog and driving solution design independently, while receiving support when needed.

Must Have

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPIs
  • Interest in games or knowledge of digital distribution channels
  • High flexibility, tasks and data sources may vary day-to-day

Good to Have

  • Video game industry experience (highly meriting)
  • Experience working with consumer segmentation for sales or marketing
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Experience in FMCG and/or digital distribution
