Job Description

This role is for a Marketing Director, CT, responsible for defining and implementing business policy, pricing strategy, and product portfolio for health systems in China. The role involves collaborating with global and central marketing teams, leading local marketing activation, and training the professional sales force. Key responsibilities include driving brand recommendation, contributing to business P&L, and working in significant professional channels. The position requires senior stakeholder management and strong communication skills.

Marketing Director, CT

Your role:

  • Participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by health systems business in China
  • Collaborate with global business to define locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolio, and business models
  • Collaborate with central marketing teams to ensure professional marketing communication as needed is in place; lead execution of local marketing activation towards professionals together with local marketing team
  • Take lead in training local professional sales force ensuring sales force effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidence
  • Drive professional recommendation of the brand within professional channels in the markets by development and execution of the marketing strategies and contribution in the 24-month marketing plans
  • Contribute to the business P&L by supporting sales teams in professional channels
  • Work in the large markets, in which professional channels are significant, or require substantial development.

Your team:

You will report to Business Leader. You will work closely with upstream marketing, central marketing, product sales, etc. You will lead a team of marketing in China. You will be based in Beijing or Shanghai.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions, clinical/professional marketing or sales within professional channel
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the marketing processes
  • Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures, and professional channels required significant development
  • Adept at senior stakeholder management and able to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Native in Chinese and fluent in both oral and written English
