1. Business Operations: Collaborate with Business Development (BD) to strengthen customer relations and explore business opportunities . Facilitate cooperation with Key Account (KA) merchants or institutions regarding access, materials, and activities.
2. Market Research, including but not limited to: A. Store Inspection: Conduct on-site visits to assess the material deployment of offline stores. B. Market Dynamics: Regularly gather crucial market information through online research, industry reports, and on-site visits to assess and compare payment health. C. User Research: Conduct on-site visits or online surveys to gather statistics on user penetration rate and user experience.
3. Material Deployment: Arrange on-site material deployment for areas or scenarios not easily covered by institutions.
4. Business Communication: Assist in the communication explaining our product updates and opportunities with our business partners, eg. merchants, banks, fintechs, government, and companies.
5. Collaboration Exploration: Forge collaborations with university clubs, key commercial areas, etc., to execute user community marketing penetration, observe consumption in situ, conduct research and statistical analysis, and explore cooperation opportunities within the WeChat ecosystem.
1. Excellent communication skills, coupled with enthusiastic and exothermic personality, fluent in both Chinese and English.
2. Strong project management and execution capabilities, able to deliver high-quality summary and analysis reports.
3. Self-motivated and self-managed, capable of independently and proactively completing work tasks.
4. Familiarity with the WeChat and WeChat Pay product ecosystem, understanding of payment industry operations, and preferably with experience in industry operations, merchant operations, or channel management with successful project experience.
