Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst will provide support for the North America Sales organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product; leveraging Salesforce and sales process knowledge; supporting sales cadences and enablement programs; creating and analyzing reports and dashboards; identifying pipeline trends; contributing to strategic goals and KPIs; participating in go-to-market planning; preparing presentations; and taking on ad hoc projects. The role requires a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. This role demands professionalism, urgency, and critical thinking skills. The role also includes the use of Microsoft Office, specifically in the creation of executive presentations and documentation. Advanced Excel skills are required. This role offers opportunity to develop professionally.

What You'll Contribute

  • Provide business operations support for the North America Sales organization, partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product.
  • Leverage Salesforce and knowledge of sales processes to address business challenges and drive efficiency.
  • Support quarterly sales cadences and enablement programs that help Sales perform at their best.
  • Create, analyze, and visualize reports and dashboards that inform business performance.
  • Identify pipeline trends, promote data accuracy and progression, and learn to apply frameworks like MEDDPICC through training.
  • Contribute to the strategic design of annual goals and KPIs to help Sales achieve corporate objectives.
  • Participate in go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
  • Take on ad hoc and strategic projects led by Business Operations leadership.

What We're Seeking

  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, finance, or a related field — ideally within a software or SaaS company.

  • Professionalism and urgency when operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable for audiences at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in creating executive-facing presentations and documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, queries, and macros; experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in business operations.
