Job Description

This is a hybrid role, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, doing project management and operational tasks. The individual will support initiatives and processes for the Cyber Security and Data Privacy teams at FICO, playing a key role in procurement, engagement, and communications, in addition to project and program management. Responsibilities include understanding priorities, leading cross-functional projects, creating communications, managing staffing, and reporting status to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to operate independently, demonstrate work product, and think critically.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Experience and comfort working with and presenting to executives.
  • Financial acumen, including basics of COGS, budgeting, Opex.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually improve processes.
  • Experience with datasets, including web-based databases (like Airtable, Quickbase).

The Opportunity

“This is a hybrid role, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, doing project management and operational tasks. The right individual will play a key role supporting initiatives and processes for the Cyber Security and Data Privacy teams at FICO. Plays a key role in various functions including procurement, engagement, communications, etc. in addition to project and program management work.” - Cyber Security-Sr Director.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Work closely with multiple teams to understand priorities, risks, and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects.
  • Create, edit, and publish communications content.
  • Lead staffing management/reconciliation
  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and data to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Prepare presentations and content for specific teams or company-wide distribution.
  • Assign tasks and conduct follow-up as needed, independently.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project and program management.
  • A self-starter who can operate independently, demonstrate work product, and think critically.
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal – must be fluent in English).
  • Experience and comfort working with and presenting to executives.
  • Financial acumen, including basics of COGS, budgeting, Opex, etc.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually improve processes.
  • Experience with datasets, including web-based databases (like Airtable, Quickbase, etc.); automation is a plus.
