As a BizOps professional at Foundation Health in the UK, you will sit at the centre of our business, working across teams to design, improve, and execute the systems that keep Foundation Health running smoothly as we scale.
You will own special internal projects, process reengineering, and tooling/vendor implementation across departments, while also driving high-impact efficiency initiatives that increase visibility and reduce friction in our day-to-day operations. In addition, you’ll act as a flexible problem-solver, conducting analysis, and helping to support HR, InfoSec, and Finance operations as we build the infrastructure for the next stage of growth.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has the discipline to bring order and scale to fast-moving environments.
