Once a client is signed, the clock starts ticking on their case, and the best firms keep things moving with speed, clarity, and care. We’re looking for a sharp operator to own and scale case management, ensuring every matter progresses efficiently and clients feel supported from start to finish.
Your work will blend operational rigor with empathy, scaling core workflows like requesting medical records, opening claims, and securing police reports through a thoughtful mix of technology and high-touch human execution. You’ll design and implement processes that help attorneys resolve cases faster without sacrificing quality, while proactively keeping clients informed and reassured about the status of their case.
