Job Description

This role involves owning and scaling case management to ensure efficient case progression and client support. It blends operational rigor with empathy, focusing on scaling workflows like requesting medical records, opening claims, and securing police reports using technology and human execution. The operator will design processes to accelerate case resolution, maintain quality, and proactively inform clients. The Strategy & Operations team identifies growth opportunities, owns playbooks, and works cross-functionally to deliver improvements for attorneys, clients, and internal teams, valuing velocity, grit, ownership, and optimism.
Must Have:
  • Design playbooks and process flows that accelerate case progress while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Build systems for proactive client updates so no client is left wondering about their case status
  • Scale requests for medical records, police reports, and insurance claims with speed and accuracy
  • Partner with product and engineering to automate repetitive steps without losing the human touch
  • Measure and improve case cycle times to help firms achieve faster, more predictable outcomes
  • 3-5+ years in a problem-solving role (e.g., consulting, BizOps, Strategy, Tech)
  • Experience building zero-to-one systems or teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with urgency
  • Ability to define strategy and dive deep to execute
  • Deep care about client experience and operational excellence

This Role

Once a client is signed, the clock starts ticking on their case, and the best firms keep things moving with speed, clarity, and care. We’re looking for a sharp operator to own and scale case management, ensuring every matter progresses efficiently and clients feel supported from start to finish.

Your work will blend operational rigor with empathy, scaling core workflows like requesting medical records, opening claims, and securing police reports through a thoughtful mix of technology and high-touch human execution. You’ll design and implement processes that help attorneys resolve cases faster without sacrificing quality, while proactively keeping clients informed and reassured about the status of their case.

Compensation

$100,000 - $180,000 annual salary + generous equity
