RealRoots is hiring a Business Ops Manager to help scale operations and marketing at an early-stage startup. This role involves working directly with users, building processes, and collaborating closely with the founders. The company is building an AI social app for women to foster lifelong friendships, backed by YCombinator. The manager will join a team of 4 and have significant growth opportunities in this SF-based, in-person role.

Good To Have:

Being a former founder is a plus
Experience working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup
Past experience with social media growth and ad creatives
Familiarity with no-code tools (airtable, zapier, etc.)
Familiarity with how software is built
Detail-oriented

Must Have:

2+ years of experience in a related role, solving both complex human and system problems
Analytical, systems-thinking orientation
4 year undergraduate degree
High creative skills and user empathy
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
High-mission alignment
Ability to learn new skills quickly

You'll be joining a team of 4, so you'll be working directly with both founders on a daily level, and have prime opportunities for growth as the company grows.
