Job Description
Purpose of the position
We are looking for a person with a high disposition for continuous learning, availability to adapt to different situations, and a strong capacity for analysis and problem-solving. Ease of teamwork and possessing customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Data management for business reports: Download, adjust, and upload business directory databases (between 5,000 and 10,000 records) to the Sectoriza platform, ensuring their correct update and segmentation.
Coordination of call center management: Timely sending of updated databases to the contact center to ensure the correct execution of associated campaigns and processes.
Communication with suppliers: Direct contact in English for process follow-up, requirement resolution, and coordination of deliverables.
Invoicing management: Review, validation, and approval of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and response times.
Registration and follow-up of international reports: Reception, review, and delivery of reports from international suppliers, ensuring their correct documentation and traceability.
Support for batch operations: Support for required topics of specific batch processes.
