This role involves supporting leadership and the team with administrative work, coordinating diaries and itineraries, arranging travel, managing expenses, providing personal assistant activities, actively participating in Risk Management (KYC), issuing invoices, managing engagement setup and data systems, supporting working capital and accounts receivables, assisting with key account management, reporting on client account status, responding to client requests, assisting with billing reports, providing credit controller information, and contributing ideas for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and German (Level B2), prior administrative experience, a service-oriented mindset, an understanding of billing and administrative processes, and preferably a higher professional education in Commerce, Business Economics, Business Administration, International Business Management, or a similar field.
