Enphase Energy’s C&I Sales Director will be responsible for hiring, leading and training C&I salespeople who call on developers and installers who primarily sell commercial. The position will closely collaborate with other Sales Supervisors, FAEs, Training, C&I product group, Operations and Customer Service. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving C&I revenue and servicing partners and customers. The ideal candidate has C&I solar sales experience and a unique blend of business, technical, and leadership skills. S/he will establish plans and strategies to expand the C&I business including the go to market for the IQ9 for 480V applications in order to develop a new customer base. The position is a home office position.
The base pay range for this position is $190,000 to $264,600 per year . This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
