This Sr. Analyst, HR Technology role at Enphase Energy focuses on implementing, testing, supporting, and optimizing HR technology solutions, specifically for Benefits. The incumbent will partner with Total Rewards, IT, and cross-functional teams to align systems with strategic goals and enhance employee experience. Responsibilities include maintaining HR systems related to Benefits and compensation, troubleshooting, reporting, design, configuration, and testing to drive adoption and ease of use, while also identifying and recommending process improvements and system enhancements.
Must have:
  • Implement, test, support, and optimize HR technology solutions for Benefits.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, IT, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure total rewards systems align with company goals and enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain HR systems related to Benefits and compensation.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM.
  • Drive planning, development, testing, and implementation of Workday HCM.
  • Ensure integrity and efficient utilization of HR Systems, primarily Workday.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform reporting, design, configure, and test solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems.
  • Develop and articulate solution options considering technical landscape, user experience, scalability, security, and best practices.
  • Evaluate current systems for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation.
  • Proven experience in system implementation & management.
  • Expertise with Workday dashboards, reports, Security, EIBs.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Proficiency in Workday.
  • Experience in data analysis and using system-generated reports.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Benefits integrations.
  • Knowledge of other Workday integrations (CCW, Studio, PECI, PICOFF).
  • Expertise in any two of the Workday modules (Absence, Recruitment, Talent).
  • Workday HCM certification.
  • Workday Benefits certification.

About the Role

The job of Sr Analyst, HR Technology is to Implement, Testing, Support, Optimize of our HR technology solutions for Benefits.

This role will closely partner with [Total rewards team specifically], IT and cross-functional teams to ensure that the total rewards systems [including Benefits, compensation] are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals, while enhancing the employee experience.

Incumbent is responsible for ongoing maintenance of HR systems related Benefits and compensation – including work with external vendors, internal stakeholders and ensuring the system meets the business requirements.

What You will be doing

  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the Workday HCM system
  • Ensuring the integrity of HR Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Enphase Energy
  • Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping especially through the initial implementation phase
  • Develop and articulate solution options that consider Enphase's technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices
  • Clearly highlight the merits and disadvantages of solution options to support informed decisions by our customers
  • Regularly evaluate current state of systems to identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and/or new applications to support business strategies and operational needs

Who You Are and what you bring

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation, and proven experience in system implementation & management
  • Experience with Benefits integrations; knowledge of other Workday integrations [CCW, Studio, PECI, PICOFF] or expertise in any two of the Workday modules (Absence, Recruitment, Talent) is preferable
  • Expertise with Workday dashboards, reports, Security, EIBs, etc.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Workday
  • Experience in data analysis and using system-generated reports to drive business decisions

Certifications [preferred but not mandatory]

  • Workday HCM
  • Workday Benefits

Soft Skills

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
