Job Description
The Card Game Numerical Expert will be responsible for building numerical models for game economics and combat systems, ensuring the rationality, balance, and scalability of the game's numerical system. They will participate in the numerical design of various in-game systems and functions, providing numerical solutions. This role requires the use of common numerical design methods and tools for effective numerical simulation and practice. The expert will also contribute to adjusting the main game framework, optimizing and adjusting the game's numerical framework, and making adjustments based on long-term operational needs and game data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of card game mechanics and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Must Have:
- 5+ years game numerical (economic, combat) experience
- Experience with long-term operation of card games
- Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills
- Build numerical models for game systems
- Provide numerical solutions for game functions

- 根据游戏系统规则，为游戏经济、战斗等各系统搭建数值模型，保证游戏数值体系的合理性、平衡性和可拓展性；
- 参与游戏内各项系统或功能的数值设计，提供数值解决方案；
- 运用常用的数值设计方法与实现工具，进行有效的数值模拟和实践；
- 参与调整游戏主体框架，负责游戏数值框架优化与调整；
- 根据游戏长线运营方面的需求，及游戏数据分析，对游戏数值进行调整。
任职条件
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏数值（经济、战斗）工作经验；
- 至少有过一款长线运营卡牌游戏项目经验，对产品的持续长线运营有自己的方法论；
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，良好的沟通表达能力和抗压能力，工作认真负责，积极主动。
