Job Description
This is a Combat Planner position based in Beijing or Guangzhou, China. The role involves designing and implementing combat units, skills, and strength within a card game. Responsibilities include collaborating with system planners on the game's progression system, maintaining the online battle environment, and working with art and programming teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in combat planning for card games, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and demonstrate a passion for gaming with a keen eye on market trends. The candidate should be able to understand the entire project's planning for combat-related modules and experience.

岗位职责：
1、负责游戏内战斗单位的定位、技能、强度设计及实现；
2、负责和系统策划协作，对游戏内养成功能的战斗技能和强度进行设计及实现；
3、负责对线上战斗环境进行把控，持续完善所负责的战斗设计；
4、与美术和程序沟通，跟进玩法及战斗逻辑开发；
5、持续跟进、体验同类型产品，并表达自己的想法。
能力要求：
1、3年以上战斗策划岗位经验，拥有至少一款完整卡牌游戏战斗设计经验，具备从整个项目规划战斗相关模块和体验的思维；
2、有良好的自我驱动力与沟通协作能力；
3、热爱游戏，视野开阔，持续关注市面上的新产品，对卡牌品类有深入的体验和理解。
