Job Description
This Commercialization Operation role in Beijing/Guangzhou, China involves collaborating with the R&D team to design monetization frameworks based on game features and data. Responsibilities include tracking player feedback and behavior data to optimize events and conduct post-mortems. Market analysis of competitor monetization models is also required, along with creating activity planning documents, designing event packaging and details, and overseeing launch. Strong numerical design understanding, data analysis skills (with a statistics background), teamwork, communication, behavioral and economic knowledge, and documentation abilities are essential.

1、与研发团队合作，基于游戏特点及数据表现，设计商业化框架，对项目数据指标提升负责。
2、持续跟踪玩家反馈与行为数据表现，不断优化活动设计，并进行复盘。
3、关注和分析市场核心竞品的商业化模式，了解不同商业化模式的底层逻辑和设计目的，产出分析报告。
4、撰写活动策划文档，设计活动包装与细节，并推进落地上线。
工作要求：
1、对数值设计有较好理解。
2、数据分析能力较强，有统计学基础。
3、团队合作能力强，沟通能力强，敢于表达自己的意见和观点。
4、对行为学，经济学有一定了解。
5、有文档撰写能力。
