Job Description
This Legal BP role focuses on supporting a gaming company's legal needs across all stages of game development and operation. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts (in both Chinese and English) related to game import, licensing, operation, promotion, and outsourcing. The role also involves monitoring contract performance, resolving legal issues, conducting legal risk assessments, and providing legal advice to various company departments. The ideal candidate possesses a law degree from a reputable university, has passed the judicial examination, demonstrates strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills, and has experience in the gaming or entertainment industry. A strong understanding of intellectual property law and corporate compliance is highly beneficial.

工作职责：
1、 起草、审核游戏行业各环节所涉及的中英文合同（包括但不限于游戏引进、授权、运营、宣传推广、外包等）及法律文件；
2、 监督合同的履行情况，协调解决合同履行中出现的各类法律问题；
3、 对游戏产品从立项、研发到上线及运营管理全生命周期所涉及的法律问题进行合规评估，提供风险分析及应对建议；
4、 为公司各部门及时提供法律支持，提供咨询及解答，出具法律意见或建议，提示法律风险及解决方案；
5、完成领导交办的其它任务。
任职资格：
1、知名院校法学本科及以上学历，通过司法考试；
2、具有较好的中英文书面表达能力，英语可以作为工作语言；
3、熟悉知识产权相关法律优先；
4、有企业合规相关经验优先；
5、1年以上游戏行业或泛娱乐行业经验优先；
6、沟通能力强，认真细致，抗压能力及责任心强。
