Drive omnichannel excellence and category growth for Philips and our Retailer partner by leading shopper marketing strategy and execution across online and offline channels.
Your role:
- Lead the Zone Shopper Marketing team, including Shopper Activation and Shopper Excellence/Category Management.
- Elevate sales fundamentals (availability, share of shelf, secondary placement) across digital and physical retail environments.
- Translate regional shopper marketing strategies into actionable zone-level plans, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial teams.
- Develop customer-centric plans that deliver a triple win for Philips, customers, and shoppers.
- Provide thought leadership to retail partners through objective, holistic category growth stories.
- Ensure superior brand visibility at key shopper touchpoints.
- Act as the commercial partner to the Consumer Marketing Leader, supporting channelization and distribution targeting.
- Coordinate promotional activities to maximize ROI and minimize spend.
- Localize global toolkits for market relevance.
- Manage the shopper marketing A&P budget and oversee in-store execution quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class omnichannel execution.
- Define promo assortment, calendar, and pricing strategies at the zone level.
- Set and localize category vision and growth stories for Philips categories.
- Lead internal and external assortment planning and optimization.
- Build and scale shopper marketing and category management capabilities through coaching, training, analytics, and community building.
You are the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Shopper/Trade Marketing.
- Strong commercial and customer-facing background.
- Demonstrated people management and team development skills.
- Strategic mindset with solid business acumen.
- Analytical capabilities and marketing fundamentals.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Action-oriented approach with a passion for driving results.
- Fluent in English in addition to Italian as local language.
