The role involves developing and implementing the China Centrum marketing strategy and annual plan, overseeing marketing programs to achieve sales, margin, and market share objectives, and managing budgets. Key responsibilities include forecasting product requirements, liaising with internal departments such as sales, regulatory, and finance, understanding market and consumer behavior, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and managing brand budgets. The position also requires people management, assessing and developing team members, and ensuring successful pre-launch plans for new products. The company fosters a performance-driven culture and emphasizes team building and collaboration.
Must have:
  • 10+ years marketing experience in the medical field
  • 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong marketing experience (brand building, product launches)
  • Excellent communication and expression skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team-building ability
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Sense of urgency and logical thinking
  • Ownership, accountability, and strong leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Build up China Centrum marketing strategy and annual plan based on marketing analysis, including innovated market mix to meet new environment

  • Oversee the formulation of marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales, margin, and market share objectives within budgets

  • Implement marketing strategies plan timely with high quality and professionalism

  • Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans

  • Liaise with other departments such as sales, regulatory, medical affairs, sales, training, and finance to ensure marketing strategies are realized. Maintain strong interdepartmental communication and liaison within locally and regionally

  • Maintain up-to-date information and understanding of market, competitor, and consumer behavior

  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, safety, and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

  • Establish and reinforce relationship with internal and external partners

  • To make a performance driven culture by managing KPIs

  • People management, assess and develop team members to build a sustainable organization

  • For new products, ensure a successful prelaunch and plan has been established and executed via working with sales team

  • Managing brand budget within compliance and financial regulations effectively

  • Build and be part of ONE TEAM culture

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and above

  • Experience: At least 10-year marketing working experience of medical field in which 5 years in managerial grade, very rich and solid marketing experience (branding building, launched products, demonstrated sustainable growth, managed portfolio of across category)

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High ability of communication and expression

  • Spirit of entrepreneurship and team building

  • Good PPT skill

  • Sense of urgency and logical thinking

  • Ownership and accountability with strong leadership

  • Strong sense of compliance culture
