Job Description

This full-time Chef de Partie role involves working in the kitchens of both Novotel and ibis hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food while adhering to HACCAP requirements. They will also contribute ideas for product improvement, ensure consistency in food preparation, and communicate effectively with the team to achieve excellent guest feedback. The role requires working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork skills.
Must Have:
  • Prepare and serve food whilst adhering to HACCAP requirements
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
  • Commercial cookery / chef qualifications

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
  • Commercial cookery / chef qualifications prefered
