About the Role
Nature Communications is the leading multidisciplinary Open Access journal, publishing high-quality scientific research.
As a Chief Editor at Nature Communications, you will be responsible for the quality, growth and development of the journal, and for leading a team of professional Editors. You will oversee a core portion of the journal’s scope, building a strong editorial team that is focused on attracting and publishing high quality content and providing excellent service to the research community. Alongside other Chief Editors you will collectively drive the evolution of the journal by developing and delivering initiatives that address the needs of researchers and reinforce the value of Nature Communications as a premier publishing destination.
This role can be located in our Berlin, London, Madrid, Milan or New York offices on a hybrid working model. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000
