Job Summary
The Chief of Staff acts as the strategic and operational right hand to the Head of Commercial Operations, ensuring flawless execution of the commercial and supply strategy. They will enhance organizational effectiveness, drive alignment across teams, structure and monitor key strategic initiatives, and support the overall performance of Voyage Privé’s Supply & Commercial organization. The ultimate goal is to accelerate execution, strengthen coordination, and contribute to securing best-in-market travel products and sustainable growth.
Must Have
- Translate the commercial strategy into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and actionable workstreams.
- Structure and lead business reviews across Contracting, Revenue Management, and Product teams.
- Design dashboards and performance reporting to monitor key KPIs.
- Ensure seamless alignment between Supply, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance.
- Track strategic projects end-to-end.
- Identify interdependencies early, anticipate risks, and ensure rapid problem-solving.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply organization.
- Standardize best practices across markets and verticals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an operating model.
- Prepare strategic briefings, analysis, and presentations for ExCom and Board-level discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Represent the Head of Commercial Operations in selected meetings or working groups.
- Support the definition of organizational priorities and capability-building plans.
- Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen engagement, performance, and talent development.
- Ability to break down complex problems, structure analyses, and present actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of commercial levers: pricing, contracting, margin optimization, supplier management.
- Experience in top-tier strategy or operations consulting with exposure to PMO and large-scale transformation.
- Structured, disciplined, and able to turn vision into prioritized execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, align, and challenge senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; proven ability to craft high-impact executive materials.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive topics.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes
1. Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Translate the commercial strategy into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and actionable workstreams.
- Structure and lead business reviews across Contracting, Revenue Management, and Product teams.
- Design dashboards and performance reporting to monitor key KPIs (growth, margin, supplier performance, operational efficiency).
2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
- Ensure seamless alignment between Supply, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance to deliver business priorities.
- Track strategic projects end-to-end (AI in revenue management, automation, new destination launches, etc.).
- Identify interdependencies early, anticipate risks, and ensure rapid problem-solving to maintain execution speed.
3. Organizational Effectiveness & Process Excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply organization (workflow simplification, decision cadence, meeting hygiene).
- Standardize best practices across markets and verticals to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an operating model aligned with Voyage Privé’s ambition to be “masters of agility.”
4. Strategic Support & Advisory to the Head of Commercial Operations
- Prepare strategic briefings, analysis, and presentations for ExCom and Board-level discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.
- Represent the Head of Commercial Operations in selected meetings or working groups when needed.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Support the definition of organizational priorities and capability-building plans across Supply and Commercial teams.
- Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen engagement, performance, and talent development.
Qualifications
Strategic Thinking & Analytical Rigor
Ability to break down complex problems, structure analyses, and present actionable recommendations.
Business Acumen
Strong understanding of commercial levers: pricing, contracting, margin optimization, supplier management — ideally within online travel or consumer marketplaces.
Consulting & Transformation Experience
Experience in top-tier strategy or operations consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, etc.) with exposure to PMO and large-scale transformation.
Operational Excellence
Structured, disciplined, and able to turn vision into prioritized execution.
Influence & Stakeholder Management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, align, and challenge senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Communication & Synthesis
