The Opportunity
Arkadium is building the next-generation product-led games platform — powering premium interactive experiences for millions of players and global partners.
We’re hiring a Chief Product Officer to define Arkadium’s product vision, own product P&L, and lead the creation of a platform that compounds growth through data, experimentation, and innovation.
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a mandate to redefine what’s next for Arkadium: connecting great content, intelligent data, and player joy into a sustainable, scalable ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for Arkadium’s product suite — accountable for growth, profitability, and capital allocation.
- Define and execute Arkadium’s long-term product and platform strategy — where we win, and what we choose not to pursue.
- Architect Arkadium’s product operating system — clarity in roadmap, discipline in experimentation, and measurable velocity.
- Partner with the Games group to define the first-party roadmap: what to build, why, and how it impacts player growth and revenue.
- Partner with the Data group to uncover insights that fuel smarter product decisions and market wins.
- Launch new products, including data-driven and platform innovations that expand Arkadium’s footprint and monetization capabilities.
- Build and scale a world-class product organization — empowering leaders, setting standards, and driving ownership.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders to set strategic direction and align execution across the business.
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 Days
- Roadmap sequenced by impact, not opinion — with visible execution rhythm.
- Product team operating with clarity, learning velocity, and accountability.
- CEO and CPO aligned on 3 measurable business outcomes for success.
Within 6–12 Months
- DAU, retention, and revenue per session up significantly vs. baseline.
- Funnel friction reduced, conversion and engagement improved.
- New products or data initiatives launched and gaining traction.
- Product org operates as a strategic engine, not project management.
- Arkadium is recognized as a product-led platform, not just a studio.
Requirements
