Company Description

Groupe St-Hubert is recruiting a Class 3 driver for its distribution center located in Mascouche.

Under the transport dispatcher, the driver will be responsible for delivering our products. Routes may consist of rotisseries and/or grocery stores.

Full-time weekday schedule based on routes, mainly in Quebec, Ontario, particularly in Ottawa and Cornwall. Departures are between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM depending on the route.

We are looking for a responsible, reliable driver who loves the road and enjoys handling.

Job Description

• Departure inspection and truck driving
• Follow delivery route instructions
• Very frequent handling of cases
• Pallet delivery to restaurants and grocery stores equipped with loading docks
• Have delivery slips signed and stamped
• Possibility of collecting from suppliers as needed

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 3 license with FM endorsement (mandatory)
• Have experience driving heavy vehicles and multiple deliveries.
• Hold a DEP (asset)
• Possess an excellent driving record.
• Possess an excellent sense of customer service.
• Demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your work.
• Have knowledge of the law and regulations applicable to transport and master the safety check.
• Have good geographical knowledge of Quebec roads.
• Be available full-time.
• Occupational health and safety must be part of your work priorities.

Additional Information

Unionized employer offering good benefits in addition to a pension fund. 40 guaranteed hours. Overtime paid after 40 hours. (Average of approximately 45-50 hours per week.)

Starting salary of $25.02 - $25.35 after 1 year

Uniforms provided after the probation period.
