Job Description

After an integration period, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Drive sector. Your main missions include customer service (order tracking, preparation, delivery, quality of welcome, complaint management) and ensuring product availability, controlling substitution rates, and the consistency of the e-commerce offer. You should have good relational qualities, versatility, and a commercial spirit, able to build trust with customers.

Job Description

After an integration period during which you will familiarize yourself with the different departments, our processes, our methods, and our IT tools, you will be in charge of managing and developing the Drive sector.

Reporting to the store director, your main missions are:

  • Customer service: tracking orders, their preparation, their delivery to customers; guaranteeing the quality of welcome, customer relationship, complaint management, and more broadly the application of Group procedures;
  • You also ensure product availability, control substitution rates, as well as the consistency of the e-commerce offer.

The list of missions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented depending on the activity.

You benefit from a remuneration composed of a fixed salary (SMIC), health insurance, 5 weeks of paid leave, and a 5% discount on your purchases after 4 weeks of seniority.

Work 5 days a week one week out of two, and 4 days a week one week out of two.

Additional Information

Net monthly salary depending on experience from €1650 to €1850/13 months plus health insurance + benefits.
