Full details on the role are below:

Hours: Full-time 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM, including occasional weekend shift coverage (compensated with time off)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Services Representative with at least 2 years of B2B experience. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets strict deadlines, and understands client needs. Fluency in English and French is required. This role is part of our core team in Toronto, supporting both North American and European clients.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing time-sensitive inquiries via phone and email.

2. Provide technical and workflow support on our VDR platform while proactively solving client issues.

3. Conduct detailed client training sessions to ensure proper use of platform functionalities.

4. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and error-free execution.

5. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines for critical projects and data handling tasks.

6. Collaborate with global teams across New York, London, India, and other locations.

7. Handle USB archive production with meticulous quality control and secure data delivery.

8. Maintain precise records for tracking, reporting, and billing.

9. Provide weekend shift coverage, compensated with time off.
