About the role
We are looking for a Client Services Senior Analyst to join our Ocean Operations team in Vilnius. This team is responsible for the analysis and support of all trading and technical related inquiries for Nasdaq Eqlipse Trading and related products. What you will do:
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Ocean Operations team, handling trading and technical inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Oversee technical support and user management for frontend UIs and other related products.
- Manage communications during major incidents, ensuring the best outcomes for customers.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of escalated customer issues via ticketing and phone support systems.
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Drive new initiatives and ideas that add value for customers and the department.
- Manage and improve client certification and testing processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships on operational and support matters.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (comparable work experience considered).
- Relevant experience in client services, trading, or technical support.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- A highly collaborative working style with strong client engagement ability.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with FIX and other trading protocols.
- Knowledge of equities market structure.

Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position. The company allows flexibility to work 3 days a week on-site and the rest remotely (hybrid model). Working hours for this role: 12pm - 9pm (includes 1 hour lunch break).
