Nasdaq Technology is seeking a passionate Analyst - Presales Support for its Pune, India technology center. This role involves end-to-end management of the RFX process, including kick-off meetings, status tracking, coordination, and timely delivery of compliant responses. The analyst will also handle corporate profile questionnaires, draft proposals, maintain bid content, manage Salesforce dashboards, and provide tools support. The position requires 3-5 years of proposal management experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, contributing to Nasdaq's mission of advancing economic progress.
Must have:
  • End-to-end proposal management with day-to-day activities involving Team meeting, team co-ordination, Status tracking.
  • Organize and run RFX kick-off, and status tracking meetings.
  • Handle RFX Import/export in RFP response tool.
  • Complete RFx coordination starting from qualification to delivery of RFx to prospect.
  • Establish and communicate detailed RFx status to various stakeholders on a periodic basis.
  • Supervise all RFx response progress, chasing as vital to ensure RFx deadlines are met.
  • Arrange all RFx submission reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Extract final RFx delivery document and prepare for final delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and qualified RFx responses.
  • Respond to Corporate Profile questionnaires of RFx, collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing team.
  • Prepare draft proposal documents with boilerplate content.
  • Maintain standard bid content, answer library, and templates.
  • Handle co-ordination with IT team for internal CoE queries/issues.
  • Salesforce Dashboard management and MIS Report generation.
  • Prepare Pre-Sales Operations reports.
  • SharePoint Folder Management for RFxs.
  • Provide Tools Support to internal users and vendor co-ordination.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal management.
  • Good understanding of the sales and bid process.
  • Good presentation and written/oral communication skills.
  • Excellent skills of Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizing skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ B.Tech/ Science), MBAs, Post Graduations.
Good to have:
  • Sales orientation with a consulting mindset.
  • APMP Practitioner Level certification.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.) for creating visually appealing proposals, ppts and other collateral.
  • Experience in working with any RFP Response software (i.e., RFPIO/Responsive).
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets and/or Regulatory Reporting domain.

As an Analyst - Presales Support, FinTech, you will play a key role in the delivery of a well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization.

We are now looking for an Analyst - Presales Support to strengthen the Pre-sales, Center of Excellence team. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the RFX process with operational oversight of tools, templates and other reporting requirements.

Your role and responsibilities:
