Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges is seeking a driven Client Success Specialist in Riga, Latvia. This role involves serving Nasdaq Riga stock exchange clients, including listed companies, advisers, and investors. Key responsibilities include guiding companies through the listing process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to capital market development initiatives in the Baltics. The specialist will also build strong client relationships, provide support on regulatory requirements, conduct issuer surveillance, and manage invoicing, ensuring high standards of transparency and integrity in the market.
Must have:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide support to clients in navigating regulatory requirements, enhancing investor relations and resolving day-to-day queries.
  • Guide companies throughout the listing process - ensuring their compliance with the regulation, reviewing documents and advising on information disclosure.
  • Conduct issuer surveillance by monitoring disclosures in the media and from issuers to ensure market transparency, initiating investigations when necessary, and presenting findings and recommendations to the management.
  • Supporting various capital market development initiatives in Baltics, incl., introduction of new products, developments in regulation.
  • Performing customer invoicing and debt management activities.
  • Handling multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities.

Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges are looking for a driven and detailed-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our team in Riga Latvia. It is a unique opportunity to drive growth of the local capital market, support some of the most recognized Latvian companies and ensure high standards of transparency and integrity in the market.

In this role you will be responsible for serving Nasdaq Riga stock exchange clients – listed companies, advisers and investors, which includes guiding companies throughout the listing process, ensuring their compliance with the regulations as well as working on initiatives for capital market development in Baltics.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide support to clients in navigating regulatory requirements, enhancing investor relations and resolving day-to-day queries.

We would like you to:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, law or in a similar field of study
  • Be fluent in written and spoken Latvian as well as English and have exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Be comfortable working with regulatory frameworks and interpreting listing requirements
  • Be a self-starter capable of delivering attention to detail and quality
  • Be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in finance would be considered as an advantage

This is a full-time permanent position located in Riga, Latvia. Nasdaq offers you a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week. Our desired start date is September 2025. You can be junior, but must be self-driven, and eager to learn.
