In this role, you have the opportunity to

Ensuring rigorous compliance with clinical and regulatory standards and safeguarding patient safety throughout all phases of application deployment and support, working under limited supervision. The role analyzes intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimizing the use of Philips' advanced healthcare products and services. The role leverages advanced clinical expertise and technical acumen, provides authoritative guidance, and guides the implementation of Philips' specialized solutions. The role works with cross-functional teams, enhances the functionality, usability, and interoperability of Philips' clinical applications.

You are responsible for

• Conducts comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, ensuring proficiency in the use of Philips' applications and promoting best practices in clinical settings.

• Refines educational resources, training materials, and clinical protocols tailored to specialized clinical domains, supporting continuous professional development and knowledge transfer.

• Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to enhance the functionality, usability, and interoperability of Philips' clinical applications.

• Adheres to stringent clinical and regulatory standards, ensuring meticulous compliance with safety protocols and health regulations throughout all phases of application deployment and support, working under limited supervision.

• Analyzes intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures with precision, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimizing the utilization and performance of Philips' advanced healthcare applications.

• Applies advanced clinical expertise and technical acumen to provide authoritative guidance and support, overseeing the seamless implementation and configuration of Philips' specialized solutions in diverse clinical settings.

• Completes thorough documentation and detailed reporting of application implementations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Facilitates strategic engagements and collaborations with healthcare providers and key decision-makers, cultivating partnerships that drive adoption and success of Philips' innovative healthcare solutions.

• Advocates for enhancements to Philips' clinical applications based on deep insights into industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging technological advancements, ensuring sustained market leadership.

• Handles initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiencies through advanced application utilization strategies, aligning closely with customer needs and organizational objectives.

• Monitors market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer satisfaction metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Manages and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.

You are a part of

The CT Marketing Team, the significant role in Diagnosis Imaging System. You will report to Business Marketing Professional Leader, based in Shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
