As a HealthCare Marketing Insights & Analytics Intern, you will join the Insights and Analytics team and support the research and analysis of market insights across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa. Your role involves supporting business leadership with insights and analytics, analyzing data models to improve key business KPIs, leveraging customer experience data, building competitor profiles, and coordinating with external agencies. You will work with various departments within Philips META. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in a supportive environment, learning on-the-job and in the classroom.

Job title:

As a HealthCare Marketing Insights & Analytics Intern you will join the dynamic Insights and Analytics team and support the research and analysis of the market insights across Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.


Your role:
•  Supporting Philips Health Systems business leadership with insights and analytics that enable delivery of business targets

•  Analysis, collection and dissemination of data models and intelligence to assist management and business teams across the company drive improvement in key business KPIs, business results.

•  Leveraging and contributing to the market insights delivery from Win-Loss analysis, Customer Experience (NPS), Customer segmentation, and profiling data sources (including CRM) for proposition and experience journey development

•  Building actionable insights related to competitors (e.g., competitor profiles, strategies, war games), to feed go-to-market strategy

•  Coordinating with external agencies for research completion, data quality and timelines.

•  Working  with teams and various departments within Philips META for alignment and validation of Philips data (Sales, BT, SEM, Finance, Customer services etc)


You're the right fit if:
1. You are a student of Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration who is available to work min. 3 days/week (ideally full time)

2. Possess good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise multiple stakeholders and keep them accountable

4. Have analytical mindset and good teamwork skills

5. Experience with Qlik and SFDC would be an asset
