The role involves creating and executing sales plans to expand cold chain product sales for both B2C and B2B clients. Responsibilities include lead generation through research and direct outreach, promoting cold chain product advantages, building customer relationships with excellent service, and efficiently resolving customer issues. The position requires collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the cold chain offering based on customer feedback, and managing the entire sales cycle from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain, with a specific focus on cold chain logistics.
