Job Summary

Job Description

The Combat Performance Animator will accurately grasp character personality and design/produce ultimate move performances, including expressions, body movements, camera work, in-game release, and recovery, based on combat needs. This role involves assembling and adjusting various art resources within the Unity engine Timeline and coordinating with planners, programmers, and 2D/3D artists to fully implement ultimate move performances in the game.
Must have:
  • Design and produce ultimate move performances based on combat needs.
  • Assemble and adjust art resources in Unity engine Timeline.
  • Coordinate with team to implement ultimate move performances in-game.
  • Excellent camera composition, design sense, and performance imagination.
  • Understand character personality and express emotions via animation.
  • Accurately grasp realistic poses, dynamics, and animation rhythm.
  • Deep understanding of game/character settings; passion for animation.
  • Proficient in Maya or MB software.
  • Excellent teamwork, execution, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to project processes.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent camera composition and design sense, strong desire for performance and imagination, understanding of character personality, and ability to express character emotions through animation.

2. Able to accurately grasp realistic poses and dynamics, good animation rhythm for character expressions and postures under various emotions, deep understanding of games and character settings, able to quickly capture core character traits, and have an extreme pursuit of animation. Good stress resistance.

3. Proficient in using Maya or MB software.

4. Excellent teamwork and execution skills, able to accurately understand requirements, clearly express ideas, full of passion; able to adapt to project processes.
