1. Responsible for the arrangement and monitoring of logistics plans for derivative product warehousing service providers, including but not limited to order pushing plans, outbound plans, inbound plans, and inventory plans; prepare annual/semi-annual capacity plans for warehousing logistics service providers.
2. Communicate warehouse phased capacity, and adjust plans and capacity strategies in a timely manner based on the development of e-commerce business.
3. Monitor the health of derivative product inventory, regularly check inventory discrepancies, identify reasons for discrepancies; reasonably allocate inventory distribution, and track the progress of purchased goods' inbound.
4. Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, international trade, mathematics, data statistics, business analysis, finance, etc., with priority given to those with e-commerce warehouse operation knowledge.
2. Possess more than 2 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics, warehousing operations, and related industries; bonus points: experience in warehouse network planning, capacity planning, or supply chain planning.
3. Familiar with domestic e-commerce fulfillment processes, and experience in local business optimization, system optimization, or operation management.
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, project promotion ability, effective communication with various departments, and ability to adapt well to complex and dynamic e-commerce working environments.
5. Possess strong logical thinking, data analysis, and learning abilities.
