1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of experience in HR compensation and performance-related work.
2. Good at critical thinking, with strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and proactiveness.
3. Strong planning and logical skills, adept at overcoming difficulties to achieve results.
4. Good communication and strong teamwork skills.
