Nous recrutons un Commercial Back offices Services (H./F). Maîtrise de Salesforce impérative.
Localisation : Tours (La Ville-aux-Dames).
Quels seront vos interlocuteurs à ce poste ?
En interne : l’équipe commerciale Front Office, les autres sociétés du groupe, les autres départements (méthode, achats, Soutien Logistique Intégré (SLI), et Supply Chain).
A l’externe : les services achats des clients, constructeurs et opérateurs ferroviaires.
Comment allez-vous faire la différence à ce poste ?
Au sein d’une équipe de 16 personnes dédiée à notre activité Back Office Services France-Benelux, vous serez l’interface entre l’entreprise et les clients de votre zone géographique, afin de les conseiller et d’apporter les réponses à leurs questions.
Vous serez également responsable de la politique de prix à appliquer lors de la vente des produits et services auprès de votre panel de clients, en support et étroite collaboration avec les Commerciaux Front Office.
Ce que nous aimerions retrouver chez vous ?
- Etudes supérieures orientées commercial ou administration des ventes,
- Expérience professionnelle sur un périmètre industriel,
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de base de relation et de contact avec la clientèle,
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement Salesforce (module CPQ),
- Niveau d’Anglais professionnel,
- Capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation à ses interlocuteurs, sens du relationnel,
- En plus : techniques de chiffrage, de négociation et de droit commercial,
- Autorisation à travailler en U.E..
A quoi ressembleront vos journées ?
- Réception et analyse des demandes clients (RFQ),
- Collection des données de coûts et de prix,
- Préparer la réponse à l’appel d’offre en utilisant Salesforce (module CPQ),
- Participer aux réunions clients et au suivi des dossiers.
