Must have:
  • Utilize risk expertise for critical client functions including risk assessment and solution development.
  • Leverage prepared analyses and make recommendations across all product lines.
  • Partner with senior account managers to retain and generate new business.
  • Strive to meet sales objectives and expand the business portfolio.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and client teams.
  • Serve as client contact, responding to difficult client needs and questions.
  • Cultivate comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensure compliance.
  • Experience in health, life, work risk, and group benefits products.
  • Contact with HR and risk managers of companies.
  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Basic-intermediate English level.
  • Minimum 3 years mandatory experience in life and work risk branches within the insurance industry (broker or insurance company).

Description:

We are looking for a talented person to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team as a Commercial Executive WITH A SPECIALTY IN WORK AND LIFE RISKS at Marsh McLennan. Being part of a global network of legal and compliance colleagues. This position will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Utilize risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including: risk assessment; solution development;
  • Leverage prepared analyses and make recommendations to the client across all product lines.
  • Partner with higher-level account managers to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and mid-term changes.
  • Strive to meet sales objectives and work with more experienced account managers to expand the business portfolio.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as client contact and respond to difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and understand and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.
  • Products: health, life, work risk, and group benefits coverage.
  • Contact with human resources and risk managers of companies.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Basic-intermediate English level.
  • MANDATORY prior experience (minimum 3 years) in life and work risk branches within the insurance industry (broker or insurance company).
