We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marsh team as a Commercial Insurance Advisor in the Dominican Republic. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. Key responsibilities include client visits, managing insurance program renewals, providing advice, risk management, supporting new business quotes, advising on new products, client expansion, presenting proposals, negotiating with insurers, and coordinating claims. Candidates should have a university degree in business, 2 years of experience as an insurance advisor (preferably a broker), intermediate English (written focus), and Excel pivot table skills.
