Marsh is seeking an exceptional commercial talent, preferably in General insurance to join their team in Cali, Colombia. The Subgerente Comercial will manage client requirements, ensure service indicator compliance, and achieve new business commercial goals. They will offer technical, transactional, and commercial support to clients, build strong client relationships, and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities also include managing policy requirements, identifying company needs, and designing insurance proposals. This role offers opportunities to interact with other areas of the business, employee resource groups, and a generous benefits package.
Must have:
  • Professional in law, administration, engineering, or related fields.
  • 4 years of experience in commercial roles, especially in the insurance sector.
  • Advanced English language skills.

Subgerente Comercial

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Gestionar los diferentes requerimientos de los clientes y garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio.

  • El cumplimiento de metas comerciales en negocios nuevos.

  • Ofrecer soporte técnico, transaccional y comercial para los diferentes clientes, garantizando la ejecución de nuestra propuesta de valor.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes y las diferentes áreas al interior de Marsh.

  • Implementar estrategias comerciales que contribuyan al crecimiento en ventas en los clientes asignados.

  • Canalizar todos los requerimientos de pólizas de cumplimiento

  • Identificar las necesidades de las compañías a través del relacionamiento permanente con los interlocutores de los programas de seguros corporativos (usuarios).,

  • Diseñar propuestas de aseguramiento, de acuerdo con los requerimiento y necesidades de las compañías, garantizando su idoneidad técnica, económica y legal.

  • Construcción de presupuesto de seguros para todas las compañías

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Profesional en derecho, administración, ingeniería, economía o afines.

  • Preferiblemente especialización en riesgos, seguros o afines.

  • Experiencia de 4 años en cargos comerciales, especialmente del sector asegurador.  

  • Inglés: Avanzado
