Job Description

This opportunity is for a Community Manager, FMCG, at ZURU Edge, focusing on customer service, influencer marketing, and social media. The role involves delivering best-in-class community management and driving brand engagement. Key responsibilities include ensuring an excellent customer journey and experience across social platforms and email, establishing strong brand and product knowledge, managing influencer/creator campaigns to support marketing goals, and maintaining records of customer interactions. You will also provide monthly and weekly reports on customer feedback and defective stock, and support the overseas customer service team to uphold ZURU standards. This onsite role in Auckland requires passion for social media and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Ensure best-in-class customer journey and experience across social platforms and email.
  • Establish excellent knowledge of brands and product ranges.
  • Work directly with Brand Engagement Director to address complex queries.
  • Manage influencer/creator campaigns to support marketing goals.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide monthly reporting to the wider brand team on customer feedback and product issues.
  • Provide weekly reporting on defective stock issues and manage replacement send-outs.
  • Support/Lead overseas customer service team to ensure ZURU standards.
  • Related experience in community management, customer service, social media, or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about social media management and marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised to manage competing priorities.

YOUR ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure the customer journey and experience is best-in-class through responding to and interacting with customers across social platforms and email communication.
  • Establish excellent knowledge of brands and their product ranges so that customers receive best-in-class responses with full information.
  • Work directly with Brand Engagement Director to address any complex queries from customers and ensure these are handled seamlessly.
  • Manage influencer/creator campaigns to support overall marketing goals
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Monthly reporting to the wider brand team on hero customer feedback, common requests, product issues and feedback to ensure customer needs are always governing ongoing strategies.
  • Week to week reporting on defective stock issues and managing replacement stock send- outs to drive brand love.
  • Support/Lead our overseas based customer service team and ensure their quality is at the ZURU standards

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You studied Marketing, Business or related field
  • You have related experience in community management, customer service, social media or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing skills and interpersonal skills
  • Your passionate about social media management and marketing
  • You have genuine interest on cross-functional and cross-collaborative work
  • You have the ability to multi-task and stay organised to manage competing priorities
  • You are excited to contribute to our dynamic office culture (Onsite role in Auckland)
