How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the commercial strategy for assigned premier accounts, aligning with Mexico’s business objectives.
- Develop customer strategic plans to drive growth and position ZURU as a key player in the Mexican toy market.
- Maximize product availability, visibility, and brand awareness across offline and online channels through best-in-class execution.
- Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer and ZURU goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Share best practices and learnings locally and globally, contributing to ZURU’s culture of continuous improvement and knowledge exchange.
- Support continuous improvement and special projects that expand your skills and contribution to the sales team.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Full ownership and management of assigned premier accounts in Mexico.
- Drive sales growth, optimize trade investment, and maximize product mix to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze market data and account performance to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose actions.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing orders, forecasting, and availability in coordination with internal teams.
- Influence and collaborate cross-functionally to secure the tools, resources, and support needed to win in the market.
- Actively contribute to building a strong commercial culture focused on execution, innovation, and results.
- Manage administrative tasks related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects with cross-functional teams to support the broader business agenda.
Skills & Experiences Required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or similar roles. Toy industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Languages: English fluency is essential (written and spoken).
- Commercial Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
