As a Community Specialist, you will represent Apple, build relationships with partner resellers, and create excitement around Apple products through training and demonstrations. You will be responsible for influencing all aspects of the Apple experience, including merchandising and brand standards. This role involves working 40 hours per week with occasional overtime, typically from Wednesday to Sunday, and requires residing within 60 miles of the job location. You will need to provide your own transportation. You will sell directly to customers, create new owners of our products, provide an amazing customer experience, expand awareness for new and existing customers, and stay up-to-date on initiatives impacting the customer journey. You will also ensure that all Apple fixtures are up to date, align with your leader on weekly partner visits, provide daily care and inspection of multiple points of sale, and educate partners and customers by offering in-store trainings.
